Optus – Senior Business Analyst

I was the lead Business Analyst on this project tasked with gathering and documenting the requirements and product details. The project covered a large group of stakeholders within amaysim that included marketing, design, technology, data and analytics, finance, products, business operations, legal/compliance and customer services. I was responsible for gathering all the details of the product, breaking down into JIRA and working with the engineering team to deliver the project.
