Senior business analyst/project manager working on building connectivity for a trillion dollar derivatives trade feed for the swaps market. Main tasks include interacting with business clients/stakeholders to prepare and deliver requirements and solutions. Was in charge of managing the production support and BAU book of work. Projects were delivered on strict deadlines using Agile methodology. 

 

Key responsibilities:

► Stakeholder relations – managing relationships with senior business clients and the trading desks.

► Developing business requirements and functional specifications. 

► Financial regulatory requirements/compliance (EMIR, JFSA, Dodd Frank, SEF)

► Agile Project management (strong experience with JIRA)

► Acted as Scrum Master

► Demos to assist clients and obtain sign off

► Providing training to staff members and clients

► Providing documentation and process mapping models 

► Application management – arranging COB testing, managing user permissions etc

► Management of all production support items (across regions EMEA, NAM, APAC).

 

Key Achievements

► On boarding of USD/EUR/GBP desk to latest trade booking application (TPS)

► Managed production improvements to improve system stability

► Improve knowledge of TPS across extended team by running training sessions and presentations

► Oversaw enhancement of trade reconciliation tool to identify breaks in trades between systems
