Citi (Aus) – Senior Business Analyst (Contractor)

Working as a contractor on AUD interest rate swaps derivatives migration project. This involved working closely with Front and Middle office users to ensure the new system was rolled out correctly without any gaps in functionality.

Main responsibilities:

► Facilitating roll of out new risk system across Front Office (Sales & Trading), Middle Office, as well as Back Office/Operations
► Assisting in UAT sign off from users on the desk
► Providing training of new system and procedures
► Assisting in support from a technical and business perspective
► Analyzing PV / Population breaks between current system and new system being implemented
► Identifying and raising any issues during UAT testing
► Prioritise issues with development teams across multiple locations and time zones
► Process modelling – data flow diagrams, swim lane diagrams, roadmaps, UML
► Liaise with vendors (Markit) for enhancements of their 3rd party systems (Swapswire / Markitwire)
