amaysim – Agile Business Analyst

Broadband

My first role in Amaysim was working as BA/Scrum Master for the recently-launched no-contract broadband product (the first in Australia). Main tasks included running all Agile ceremonies as well as gathering requirements and writing all user stories.

Main achievements include:
– Switching wholesaler from AAPT to Optus
– Launching 50 Mbps product
– Support for LBNCo
– ACCC compliance
– Supporting all NBN technology types

Energy/Mobile

The role involved working on a greenfield energy product. I worked as the lead BA and stream lead for the Billing and Platforms team. I was in charge of all BA and Scrum Master tasks such as:

– Gathering requirements and writing user stories
– Running all Agile ceremonies
– Running workshops

The team was responsible for integrating Zuora (a billing platform) to support Amaysim’s new subscription energy product. This included all product set-up and configuration and creating payment and billing gateways to support other systems within the project.

Highlights include:
– Successfully integrating Zuora for product go-live
– Delivering payment and billing gateways to support customer transactions
– Launching detailed monthly and quarterly summaries
