Citi (UK) – Business Analyst

Intermediate Business Analyst in Rates Derivatives area. Key Responsibilities included:

► Responsible for capturing and documenting IT requirements
► Developing/upgrading tools used by the derivatives traders. The components were written in Java and ran on a UNIX platform.
► Providing production support to traders across multiple locations and time zones (New York, London, Tokyo, Australia.)
► Testing on the components I was using, this entailed writing test scripts and carrying out regression testing
► Testing a contingency plan for the production servers.
► Performing bulk maintenance tasks on trades used in production
